This comes out quite big. The finished hat “sits” on my head more than hugs it. Several women at the knitting shop I teach at all had the same problem.

Other than that, it was a great knit. The pleats were fun and different from most patterns and the final hat is super cute.

I gave this pattern a high difficulty rating because the designer doesn’t do a great job explaining the crown decreases, you have to infer a lot the way she has it written.
