I loved this shawl from the moment I saw it on Ravelry before the book was released. I had to hunt down the book, then searched for months for the right color to go with the Cascade Heritage. While on vacation in Pittsburgh, I finally found the right mate. All the planning will be worth it!

KNITTINGinHI’s Cinnamon Spice Lakedale Shawl is very helpful. I used her suggested bind-off and blocking techniques.

I also did an extra repeat of the stripes at the bottom because I had so much yarn.

Heritage is my main color and Abstract Fiber is the contrast.
