Notes

20091017- done. fast. cute. warm. I love the alpine wool! so soft and fun to work with.
20091016- It’s supposed to be freezing and cold at Rhinebeck this year. While most of our winter stuff has made the trek from the apartment to the house, our winter hats have not. Thus super bulky to the rescue. I normally wouldn’t knit cables in this sort of marled effect given the blue & the brown but it’s ok.

Details
One strand of Alpine Wool & one strand of Fishermen’s Wool. 6.5 & 6mm needles as I go two circ (and don’t have a long enough one for magic loop) but tension is pretty even (as proven in the past by EZ). It took about four hours. Mostly because I was planning E’s hat while I was at it!
