20090521- 37g remaining in each ball. that is insane.
20090520- turned 1.5 heels (made up funky new-to-me shortrow technique which seems to have fewer holes) before my degree was conferred. will make these short. still hate the yarn colour and unsure if that is influencing my hatred of the yarn.
20090515- i really really hate the colours and the way they are knitting up, but need a pair of socks. sigh
20090514- toes are done. hate the yarn colour but will carry on as i need a pair of non-100% wool socks.
20090513- I put on a pair of (handknit) cotton socks this morning and realized why I hadn’t worn them in eons (besides it being the start of warmer weather). They do not stretch. They are tight. They are not my favourite socks. So I did what any sane knitter would do. I put aside what I planned to knit on my morning commute and grabbed some needles and sock yarn. :)
