thoughts: It’s a lovely pattern with a nice rhythm. I’m not terribly fond of my yarn choice, but it actually worked pretty well and has a very lovely drape. I see myself knitting another in a more penny-friendly dark grey for me!

20140115- thinking of just 5 repeats for the neck … i want it to be done but i also don’t know if any of my potential giftees would like the full hood. one day i’ll knit one for me.
20140113- after setting it aside for a while, i’m determined to finish it sooner than later.
20131026- finished two cables so far…
20131020- finished yoke
20130603- finished bottom border, started yoke.
20130602- decided to go with a knitted cast-on because i felt like it. (and because the ball actually wound nicely on my ball winder I didn’t want to push my luck and try to fish out the other end to do a nice long-tail cast-on).
