I went down a needle size for this one and now that it is complete I think I should have gone down another size as my knitting is loose and so the hat is larger than I had hoped but it still fits well.
It is a bit tricky to knit with the 2 extra cable needles and is slow going but I am glad I completed it.
I originaly had thought that it was not a hat I would knit again even if the pattern was pretty as I found it a frustrating knit but the end result is so lovely the I have reserved a skein of natural cashmere to knit this one again at a later date…. with a wider/doubled up brim perhaps?
This Hat is one of hopefully many a KAL that a friend and I do together while working on other projects.
