12/5 Easy, easy, way super easy. I pretty much followed the direction and boom - awesome cowl. However, when I stalked this pattern and its project pages I noticed that most people just used 2 skeins - this was not the case for me. I had to go back to Michaels for an additional skein to wrap this bad boy up. I simply split up the third skein into two balls and knit the last 5 or 6 rounds of stockinette, ribbing and bind-off (which was a crochet bind off on a much smaller hook and in pattern).

12/2 Making this for my friend’s European trip for the holidays. It will also be her birthday and xmas gift. She wanted the Noro Striped Scarf but I knew there would be no way I could have it finished for her trip…plus I really don’t want to make that scarf any time soon. So work intensive!
