I’m knitting this as part of a day out at Anglesey Abbey with Purl Alpacas. I bought my kit ages ago and have knitted a tension square. I know, unheard of but there we are!

I aim to make this cardigan a little longer, watch this space!

After trying the medium on at the lovely workshop spent with Purl Alpacas, I decided that I liked the length of the cardigan just as it is written so I’m not making it longer now.

I have knitted both of the fronts with the need to knit the cable detail of the back. As you can see I have completed that task and now have a bit more knitting to do to finish the back. Contemplating knitting the sleeves from the top down after picking up around the armhole. Might not though haha!!

I did knit the set in sleeves top down, it worked surprisingly well..

It is blocked and I love it!
