BLEEP I was thinking I had to knit each row of the chart both on the right side and then the wrong side.
I inserted a 2.75 needle and frogged. It was done within a minute and it worked magic!! I am so happy! Normally I tend to make the project an ufo if I need to frog or tink back to correct a mistake!

About 66 stitches picked up for the button bands. I got some help from Elizabeth doing this since I have never knitted a tiny jacket before.
