I visited Pfaffenhofen (Wollmeise brick and mortar store) in March last year. And that is when I noticed Claudia had frosch socks and I asked what pattern she had used.

I am leaving for the shop once more 13th May and I was thinking it would be fun 1 year later to knit the same socks as her :)

It was so much fun knitting these in the wollmeise shop and I told Claudia this story - and she did remember I had my daughter with me last year :)

Why didn’t I write down what I did for the toe? I think I decreased until I had 12 stitches left and then decreased every row until 7 or 8?

This will hibernate until 52 pair plunge V starts on July 1st.

Hm wow - when digging this WIP from the UFO basket I actually thought I had started sock #2 - but I didn’t. So I need to get sock #2 just like the first one.
