Notes

While roaming Ravelry my son got stuck on Sandra’s ravatar with her pink frosh name Quack. He HAD to get the same and he also said he had to have a pink frosh. But while searching my left over wollmeise he wanted a green frosh and he said I already had green for my toe-up socks and he wanted me to use that yarn.

Since I am a sucker for my son’s blue “begging eyes” I will have to give it a try :)

Ordered several “eyes” on etsy.com from 6060

I think this has to be the smalles frog ever! tiny tiny stitches and tiny body for the frog. I did use knit f/b instead of M1. So knit 7 M1 is knit 6 and next stitch f/b.

Picot bind off is something I have never heared of so I found this video on youtube.

I did the eyes reversed. I casted on 19 stitches, knitted X rows and decreased 2 stitches each row until I had 6 stitches in total.

My son is over the MOON!!! (So am I since I managed to finish it)

My son didn’t want a mouth on the frog - because he came up with a story about if the frog had a mouth it would make so much sound - and therefor not be able to stay in my sons bed at night. My son was conserned about not being able to sleep. There are so many strange things coming out of his mouth…
