I had one wish for christmas I really REALLY wanted my daughter to get me (I gave her the money as well) a pattern book and yarn for some mittens. I begged and pleaded and she told me “you have enough yarn”… sigh

But she got me what I wished for and she knew my mother had bought me a jacket for christmas so she bought yarn to match my new jacket. Double surprise!

These mittens will forever remind me of my daughter and christmas 2011. So I will have to knit them REALLY soon!
