This is my first warp since I broke my shoulder 3 months ago.

4.5 yard warp wound on my little Schacht warping frame clamped to my weaving bench.

I forgot to measure the towels before I washed them, so I don’t know how much shrinkage occurred.

Finished sizes in inches:

Towel #1 17.25 W, 26 L (plain weave)
Towel #2 16.75 W, 26 L (twill)
Towel #3 16.50 W, 24 L (bands of twill separated by 2 picks of plain weave)
Towel #4 16.50 W, 27 ⅝ L (twill)
Towel #5 18 W, 20 L (end of warp, plain weave, plaid of my own design)

This was a fun design to weave, and I’m very happy with how these towels turned out. They are a bit narrower than I would like, but they are nicely proportioned and will be more than serviceable .
