Toe-up, magic loop

Cast on 18 stitches using JMCO
Shaped round toe a la Chrissy Gardiner Toe Up!

Increased every round to 34 stitches
Increased eor to 72 stitches

Began the garter rib patten on the instep
(rnd 1--p1, k2,p2 k2, p1 rnd 2--knit)

Worked FLK heels, then worked the cuff in garter rib pattern, ending with an inch of 2x2 rib
