CO 20 sts using Judy’s Magic Cast On. Knit 1 row. Add 4 sts on every row for 5 rows (total 40 sts). Add 4 sts on every other row for 5 rows (total 60 sts). Knit 1 row.

Afterthought heel.

August 2015:

After some intense use at work (we have cold floors at the office so I like to wear socks there) the black yarn (Novita tico tico) has gotten quite poofy as the neon yarn (Regia Fluormania Color) has kept its shape. I think I’ll need to re-knit the heel with some other black yarn because I don’t like my socks to have fluffy heels. :)
