Love the combination of grey and yellow! Too bad I didn’t have enough yellow to do stripes all the way…

I’m not too happy about the Novita Pikkusisko yarn, its too fuzzy for my taste. Hopefully it will not fray too easily.

CO 64sts in grey, *k1tbl, p1* ribbing for 10 rows, knit one more row and then start stripes. On every 6th yellow stripe, decrease 2 sts until there’s total of 60 sts.

Heel flap with 30 sts (RS: sl1, k1tbl. WS: purl all) for 25 rows. French heel starting with 6 sts in the middle. Pick up 14 sts from both sides. On needles 1 and 4, decrease a stitch (total decrease of 2 sts per row) on every other row until 60 sts in total remain.

Knit 60 rows. Toe decreases on every row until 16 sts remain. Use kitchener’s stitch to close up the gap.
