New Doctor Who inspired pattern published!

Flip top mitts featuring Matt Smith’s bowtie and favourite fez. Mitts flip towards front of hand so as not to obscure bowtie.

Instructions written for circular needle, could be knitted on dps.

Difficulty
About 4/10 mostly for being comfortable working on a circ.

Materials
3.5mm circ + spare needle/waste yarn
2 buttons

Other ideas
Sew on red lines for suspenders or add a tassel to the top of the fez if desired

Make a longer thumb by slipping the 10 12, 14 thumb sts on to waste yarn, casting on a couple of extra sts, and knitting some more thumb rows before casting off.

Change the mitts to flip the other way if desired.
