Love, love love this yarn and I think Mary will too!

08.03.09 - Cast on two extra repeats for a total of 25 stitches since I’m using a thinner yarn than what is called for. This is my first time using Dani’s Merino Sport and is so nice to work with and I adore this colorway. I think this will turn out to be really pretty.

08.09.09 - Things are going well. I have 40.6g left and I’m at 32 inches long. I’m leaning towards some minor blocking when it’s done even through the pattern says it’s not necessary because I like a more open look.

08.13.09 - Bound off today! I think I used size 9 needles because I absolutely fail at binding off loosely. I used every last bit of the skein. I will be blocking to open up the yarn overs a bit. I’m so, so pleased with the scarf. I can’t wait to give it to Mary.

Forgot to measure how long it ended up being, but I have no complaints.

Will most likely be using this pattern again.
