This vest is going places. Where? No idea. But I finished the body so far, yay! I juuuuuuust might have enough yarn to finish it without improvising. Let’s see!

Also, I’m really worried about all the picking up stitches and stuff. Seeing other people’s photos got me nervous with the amount of holes and elongated stitches along the edges that are not part of the braided detail but a consequence of the cast off or pick ups. Yikes…

Side note: this is officially my “I don’t want to talk! Let me knit!” project. Traveling can be very stressful…

That was a nice and quick project (I forgot when I finished it, but it was quick). I won the yarn chicken game, but as of today the vest was never used. I put it on a few times, but never took it for a stroll. I’m not sure it looks good on my body type. I love the finished vest, so I might gift it to someone.
