Feb. 26, 2014: After a 5 year hibernation (really?) I decided to change patterns from Aeolian to Leaves of Grass. I wanted to tackle some super complicated lace.

May 18, 2014: Had to order a second skein for last few shawl round & border. Naturally the colours were slightly different (5 years between batches), so I took out 20 or so rounds and alternated skeins each round. The border was worked with the new skein, so is slightly lighter (not so bothersome for borders).

I’m declaring this done before it’s blocked simply because it will take me some time to find the space to block this shawl. It’s ENORMOUS and is likely destined to be a couch throw.
