CO 10 sts each needle instead of 12 for Mom’s long toes. This is my third sock project in a row with 52 sts around the foot, 76 rows total in the foot.

I really liked this heel. It’s simple and elegant, and the calculations for the foot length were so much easier than figuring out a gusset and heel turn. Too bad it doesn’t properly fit my gigantic heels; you can see how they’re stretching in the one photo where I’m modeling them.

The pattern was nice and easy to follow although I may end up making the sides fancier if I ever knit it again.
