Used random worsted-weight yarn I found in my stash. Converted original pattern (which was written for fingering weight yarn) to be knit in worsted. Will add notes shortly.

There is a big hole where the thumb meets the hand. No matter what I try I can’t close the hole unless I darn the mitt afterwards. I will not knit top-down mitts anymore! This was way more troublesome than it’s worth. I am glad I did it though as I learned a lot from the process.
