6/11/2017 Another sample for the yarnover truck!
6/13/2017 Received Dragonfly Fibers Djinni Sock in Firecracker in today’s mail -- beautiful color way.
6/14/2017 started on size 6 needle. Fabric looks too stiff. (Gauge = 22 sts/4”) Swatched up to size 7 needle. Worked a couple rows of lace pattern and it looks much better. (Gauge = 18 sts/4”) Better drape.
6/15/2017 kept garter tab and first 20 rows on size 6 needle to decrease the tendency to “hump” in the center back
6/16/2017 flying along -- finished the garter stitch section -- starting the “lace”
6/17/2017 a little concerned about yarn usage -- started page 2, row 19, at 49 grams left.
6/18/2017 Lace bind off using a size 8 needle -- 10 grams of yarn to spare!
6/19/2017 on the blocking wires
