Update: 11/14: Finally finished after only a year and a half. Its really beautiful but not quite as big as I thought. It’s more snug than the pattern picture, for example, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing since its a lot more delicate. Now just waiting to be able to wear it since it’s summer in Brazil now.

I am creating a texture in the back with ridges of purl and knits.

Update 9/13: This is so tedious to knit, lace weight and not much of an interesting pattern to keep me going. I love the yarn though… will pick it up soon.
