Cast on plain 64-stitch sock, for visual relief after dark bluewater socks.
eta: after 2x2 cuff and a few rows stocking stitch, bored with plain. Added 2 stitches (68 stitches total) and started swatching “spring forward” stitch pattern. Fun and pretty! I think I’ll carry on.

2 Jn: standard toe dec until 30 stitches, then dec every row until 18 st remain. Graft toe.
UPDATE:
16June - picked up the second sock with a few rows of cuff, and wished I had recorded the number of rows on the first. Went with 33 rows ribbing, and this time added the 2 stitches before 7 rows plain.
23June - NOTE: working on 7 needles to distribute the stitch pattern is making the 2nd sock much easier.
