Inspired by and notes from hannahbelle’s Gelati Handspun Cowl and Picot Cowl Redux. My thanks to Hannah for helping me out!

I’m finally knitting this and my notes below are a WIP:

CO 106 sts. Knit 6 rows, k2tog/yo row (picot row), knit 6 rows. Then fold over and knit through the cast on edge. Knit 6”. Then knit/purl back and forth for 3” for split opening then knit a k2tog/yo row (picot row), knit another three inches. Then EZ’s Sewn BO and fold back the top, sew the top down with the overcast stitch. Then I stitched the open sides and reinforced the bottom of the split opening. Attached a single button (“Kiana” from LotsofButtons.com), and for now, a yarn loop.
