11/10 I’m knItting for a tall/long baby so I’m adding to the length for the sleeves and body. 12 mo size - sleeves are 8” to armhole.

11/19 - finished knitting and fudged numbers for the button band. Made 4 buttonholes, now searching the button stash for the appropriate ones. The fabric was knit densely (I’m using worsted yarn instead of DK because that’s what I had) and a bit stiff, until I put into the washer and dryer, and now it feels draped and lovely.

Still pondering the button choices!

11/19 - later - found some kitty buttons in the button stash, so I’m using one of them at the top of the cardigan!
