Converted pattern to a larger size.

CO 60 stitches for picot hem and ribbing, then went up to 64 stitches by adding a stitch before and after on the ends. For length, worked pattern as written, except for one additional repeated of cable ribbing after splitting off thumb stitches. Reduced back to 60 stitches for the picot hem.

Thumb - inc to 18 stitches before putting on waste yarn. Picked-up 7-8 stitches on the inside, reduced to 6 sts for a total of 24 stitched. Worked the rest of the thumb as in pattern.
