After all the stress of the last month and travelling to Berlin and meeting lovely new people and waiting there for the birth of a baby that just wasn’t too keen to come to this world (and I missed all the fun: my friend is giving birth this very moment… 10 days later than the given date)!!!
…Well, I just had to start something new and fresh and different!

But not too complicated or needy: I wanted something easy that more or less grows all by itself.
Without too much concentration and energy on my behalf!

…and I also wanted something with a vintage feel.. something my Granny would have made decades ago, but still in a contemporary lay-out and not toooooo romantic.

…and in a gorgeous, incredibly soft, light, decadent, flowy and saturated 100% merino yarn!!!!!

…and all of this in RED, please!!!!

So that’s how this shawl came to life!!!!
