I feel like nervous wreck lately so I am realy looking for zen while knitting this one.

Well, now I have another reason to be nervous; after using up two skeins I felt there is something wrong, just a few rows and skein is already gone! My husband took one while I wasn’t looking and mesured it. Surprise, surprise … only 62 meters instead of declared 138 m!?!?!?! Time to make an angry phone call to Filmarket!

02/04/2014 - after making an angry phone call, very nice lady from Filmarket called me back with news that she had found some of this yarn and was willing to put it aside for me if I wanted. A week later the owner of the shop called me to apologize for this inconvenience and offered to send 12 skeins of yarn free of shipping charge. The very next day the yarn was delivered by express courier. I know this may sound like no big deal, like normal business behaviour, but for me this was just simply incredible! To make a complaint in Italy and actually obtain a good result after doing so? Feels like miracle!
Now I feel sorry for being so angry, because I frog everything before making a phone call … well, I just have to start all over again.
