the yarn color is shades of denim/indigo with tiny silver sparkles - pictures don’t really do it justice…. this is more the right color here

started with a basic top down pattern, have alreay made a pseudo mandarin mod to wide neckline - am thinking of adding gores in contrasting garter or seed stitch in front - or rib? or textural stripes going down, gores at side seams? hmmmmmm - fun to decide as i go.

SOOOOO -
I loved this - but started it so huge that I didn’t want to flare the sides. The hem is a bit lacy with k1tbl p1tbl border - 4 rows. Same for sleeves with chevron’ish lace, but it kind of doesn’t show, and it rolls. I do love this sweater - and it’s crazy that it’s the same colors as a cotton v-shaped scarf I knitted a few years ago….

It’s really big, and I love it -
