Notes for next time Make YOs backward so they are smaller and neater. Skip last center decrease before starting ribbing so there is an uneven # of sts for the 1x1 rib.

The pattern calls for 2 strands of worsted wt yarn on size 9 needles. I’m using size 10 cuz I’m not sure I can knit 2 strands of worsted on size 9s due to my hands - After the first slipper, I’m thinking I will try the smaller needles if I use this yarn with this pattern again.

I like this pattern and the way the decreases are done is rather ingenious. I’m using RH Super Saver and the fabric is rather stiff. I think that had I used a wool/acrylic blend the fabric would be less stiff but the slippers might wear out faster.
