Jan 2015 crochet Dozen Mitts

My first time doing crocheted cables. Not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. :) I thought the thumb opening was a bit small. I was surprised this mitt was crocheted flat and then seamed - surely there’s a way to do this in the round?

I didn’t like the pattern enough to make them again so I won’t be trying to make them ITR. :)
