This is supposed to be the “almost lost washcloth” done in crochet. It is round and there are short rows, but I think the similarity ends there.

I was going along listening to TV and checking for a full circle’s worth of wedges… I shoulda been counting those wedges, cuz I got a circle with only 6 - not 8 like the pattern said. Oh well, it closed up like a champ, so I’m not gonna try to cram two more wedges into it. :)
