These socks were SO easy to knit! I cast on 36 sts using the Chinese Waitress CO and knit 3-1/2” cuff, then flap and gusset heel and 6” foot. They look super sweet in the soft pink yarn.

Kathy was hoping for wool socks, but I decided to use a #3 wt acrylic this first time around to get the fit. Clemmie can wear these around when her feet get cold - and it doesn’t get all that cold in N. Hollywood.

Next I have to get some socks done for Tony, whose feet are barely 1/2” shorter than Clem’s.
