Using 2 strands of this awful sock yarn from Mary Maxim. Colors are nice, but the yarn is singles and overspun and full of twist. sigh Not so good for socks and definitely not nice to knit with. Using two strands seems to exacerbate the tangle potential till it’s painful to keep the snarls out of the yarn so I can knit.

Anyway - CO using JMCO 14 st each needle and then increasing to 28 sts each needle. I’m thinking these will be shortie slippers when done, so the thick fabric and bit of ease will be acceptable

2 plain rounds after reaching 56 sts and before starting the chart. I’m making these in my size (way too big for Rhonda), started the Fleegle heel increases when sock reached the top of foot/ankle.

08-30-19 - Cast on 2nd slipper(sock). came back here to re-read the notes on the first so they will look like a pair. LOL.
