Notes

The dress was too long in the bodice as written, so I joined for armholes on round 5. That fit better. Tried on the dress until it reached Sera’s waist, then changed to larger hook (G) for the skirt. SC border around back opening and neck, loops for buttonholes.

Made hat to match.
