This bag is a direct take-off of the Flower Burst Bag - same dimensions, but I left out the flower strip and just striped the bag. 1st photos show the bag just finished - I plan to add some crocheted flowers to it - just for fun!!

The handles are a bit different from the pattern, and it’s all in plain ol’ single crochet. What could be easier???

June 2011 - sorry folks, never did get around to adding those flowers. We all know what the road to H--- is paved with, right?

Note - Dec 2014 - I’m still using this as my main purse. It’s a bit grubby and the handles are starting to fray, but I’d say it’s been a great bag to carry along. ;)
