Started these socks 2 yrs ago in March 2017, TAAT. Got totally lost and frogged them. Been meaning to make them again and March 2019 the challenge for the Socks from Stash Group is to knit an old Mystery Sock from another group! Yeah! gonna get these done!

ETA: I was going to knit these in my KnitPicks Hawthorne Poseidon, but then I saw the yardage! egads - barely as much yardage as a sport wt! Now I’m gonna use the Cloudborn Highland Sock Twist which has a few more yds per 50 gr. Fingers crossed!

I left the cables off the backs of the legs and ended them high on the insteps so I did have a few yards of yarn left over. I can’t imagine why I had so much trouble with these when I tried to knit them TAAT. Perhaps it was one of my first tries at TAAT? Dunno. Now I have to say they were dead easy. I had to make a few mods to the size and shape of the right foot, tho. Seems the bones in there are still moving around and my foot is becoming more and more deformed.
