I have another month (June) to knit underloved socks, and this one has only 2 projects counting mine. I’d say that’s underloved. LOL. Easy Peasy lace pattern that I’m sure I’ll mess up with little difficulty.

I’m using one of my most precious stash yarns - some blue Regia Ringel I’ve had since forever. I hope this pattern does the yarn justice.

I looked up how to do the Strong heel and I’m attempting it on these socks. Binge-watching DCI Banks on HULU. Doing backward YOs since every one of them is between a K and a P stitch. Going much faster now. I dropped the lace and went to just ribbing when I started the heel increases.

OK - socks finished and I’m not terribly pleased. The Strong heel is ill-fitting and baggy. I’m not sure if the heel would fit better if I added fewer sts.
June 5 - finished the Strong heel and am now on the foot. The heel fit is weird, but it may be OK after I get the foot knitted.
