Pattern published in 2015

Been meaning to knit this for a long time, but was having trouble setting up the cable pattern in KC. Still having problems, but have asked for help in the forum.

Started toe-up, JMCO 14 sts, inc to 60 sts total. Knit even to 3” from toe, start cables. At start of cables change instep needle to 3.0mm, continue to 6.5” from toe and start gusset increases. Inc sole sts to 58 sts, mark center of sts. K to 3 past center marker, then turn heel as usual. After heel turn, change instep needle to 3.25mm, change sole needle to 3.0mm. 2” past heel turn, change sole needle to 3.25mm. continue to ribbing. Inc number of st to divisible by 4 and 2x2 rib for 1.5”. Sewn bind off.
