Had a hard time reading the chart - couldn’t get KC to read the black squares at all. I’ve got a ticket in with support - will have to see what they say since all 4 dishcloths in this pattern have the same sort of chart.

Aha - since the solid black squares don’t have any dividing lines the app can glom onto, one must use “Custom Markers” - tapping each square that must be included and then assigning a color. It took a little while to get the hang of it, but now I have all 4 of the patterns in this collection ready to knit.
