I enjoyed making my first 10-st blanket from some vintage Red Heart in my stash, but longed for a yarn with longer color-stretches. I made a baby sweater from this Sensations yarn from Joann’s and loved it. I knew immediately that I’d have to make a 2nd 10-stitch blanket in this yarn for the long color changes.

I really like the way this blanket is working up in this yarn. I used up the remainder of the 1st skein of the yarn and am almost 80% thru the 2nd skein. The yarn is bulky, so it’s working up very quickly. :)

I used up all the yarn I had left after finishing the hoodie, but the blanket came out a tiny bit smaller than I hoped. Still, it should be large enough for a newborn.
