I’m doing these toe-up since that seems to be my preferred method these days. I checked the pattern for non-typical construction, but it’s a “normal” cuff-down with flap and gusset heel and wedge toe. A perfect candidate for flipping.

Easy to memorize pattern and since I subbed in a heel I know I only had to look at the pattern for a short time.
