Notes

As thoughts turn to spring, fingers itch to stitch. It is time to prepare for warmer temps and replenish the supply of ankle socks.

I knit these socks for my sister’s 44th birthday (July 1, 2014). She is forever complaining that no one knits her socks (even though she can knit her own quite well), so I cast them on and hid them away until it was gifting time.

She loves them and promises not to wear them on the cement. which creates holes in the soles.
