This was a wonderful SIMPLE, QUICK knit! Just what i was looking for, now that holiday crafting is beginning to make me crazy.

I used only 1 skein because the recipient of this scarf is a tiny woman, and on her, it will be generous. If I made it for me, I would probably use some amount of a second skein.

After my cast on and garter rows, I used a counter, and considered the YO rows, row 1, and the following 3 garter rows, row 2, 3 and 4. I just alternated between YO rows beginning with k1 and k6.
