Notes

I made one of these according to the pattern (picture 1 & 2) but I couldn’t understand the necessity of crocheting the separate side pieces. I suppose for a little more grip on dirt if you turn the mop on its side to do stubborn spots.

The others, I made as a single rectangle and just crocheted the folded edges closed. Not spectacularly pretty but man, is it better than those duster pads that are sold in the store. My Swiffer Sock cleaned excellently. Then, I rinsed it out and will toss it into my next load of laundry.

I’m destashing, so there goes some craft cotton.

I notice that the brand new Swiffers have their cleaner spray heads on each end. I’m sure an eyelet can be positioned to accommodate them. I have the old style with a single central spray.
