I loved this pattern. It was super easy to knit but just complex enough to keep my interest. It was one of those patterns where you could binge watch tv and knit at the same time.

I used an 18” pillow insert and it plumped up the pillow case perfectly. The cables stand out nicely.

To seam the ends:

• Three needle bind off of the live stitches at the end
• Crochet the cast-on edges to mimic the look of he three-needle bind off.

If I were to knit this pattern again, I’d adjust the start of the final ridges at the end of the pattern. The ridges should start halfway through the knit section on the side of the pillow, between the two cabled sides.

On this pillow, I realized that too late, so I added in some faux purl stitches after the pillow was complete
