I started this as a scarf sometime back in 2009 and frogged it after finishing because I did not like the rsult. Which left me with tons of scraps of already cut yarn in fuchsia and gray which could not be used for a decent real project anymore.

So I decided to use this for a simple cowl, all seed stitch in a round, hide the knots on the inside, just use the yarn up as it comes along. I kinds like the look of it, even though the wool is already showing a wear on the surface by the first ribbing.

I even remember now why I paused it a second time: the rope of the needls was breaking and I had no replacement. Since this has changed, I saved this piece over to a new needle and continued. Should be finished today or tomorrow now.
