Double knit mittens based on Julia Mueller’s Autumn Leaves pattern, but with a tui on one side! I based the tui on the Nightingale Socks nightingale, but adapted it it to fit on the narrower glove.

Double knitting is fun and challenging… double knitting something different on front and back of the fabric is… extra fun and challenging!

31 August: Wow, clearly I have been taking copious notes on this. Finally finally done with second mitten except for thumb. Hopefully I can polish off the thumb a bit quicker this time.
